You can set the default privacy settings of your videos directly from your phone.

a) iPhone

Videos that are recorded live are by default public. They can be changed to private after you finish recording. Simply tap on make private on the sharing screen to make your videos private.

Videos that are not recorded live are by default private. They can be changed to public after you finish recording. Simply tap on make public on the sharing screen to make your videos public.

b) Android Devices

Simply tap on the lock icon to make your videos private (locked) or public (unlocked) before you begin recording.
