Why am I banned?

If you have resulted in a banned status while attempting to log in on your computer or device, you are banned either because you have violated our Terms of Service or another account that was previously used on the device and was banned by Qik. If you believe you did not do any of the above or would like our support team to evaluate your account, please fill out the support form.
