To embed recorded video on WordPress, follow these steps:

1. Log into your Wordpress account and click the 'New Post' button in the top right corner of the page

2. Click on the 'Post a Video' tab, insert the Qik video you wish to post and click on the 'Fetch Video' button.

3. After the video has been fetched, click on the 'Public Video' button and your video will be posted to your blog.
