My videos are not uploading. They seem to be stuck.

If your videos are not uploading to your Qik account in a timely manner, cancel the upload and try again after logging out and then logging back in.  This refreshes your phone settings so you can successfully upload your videos to Qik.com.


Note: To cancel your upload, simply log out and back into your account on your mobile device. By pressing delete during the upload, the video it will be removed from your device.
