Me and my fiance both set up our accounts on our new phones, the HTC Amaze. Everything is working except for the video chat, which is what we want to use it for. What is going wrong?

i cant download it to my phone! as soon as i see the "pick your phone" tab, i do and it sais "oops cant find page, page may have moved or no longer exists" and i cant do anything. i have samsung galaxy S i believe.. its not on the tab as an option for download. maybe its not compatible?? but i dont see y it shouldnt be?! i have 3G and its the same as those other samsung phones. its a slide keyboard phone.

@darwinorellana please try a contact sync to refresh your contacts before you try and video chat with them. Also please make sure your friend is logged into their Qik account and has the Qik app open when you try to call them.
i am having trouble with my video chat...... every time i video chat with a friend they show up on my screen upside down using their front camara... once switched to main camara it works fine
@tony_tf1 what carrier, device, and version of Qik is the friend that you're video chatting with using?
