Everytime I post a video and try to view it, it gives a mesasge...Stream is not restored yet, please try again later. What is this and when can I view my videos and share them for others to see??

Hi, Please try signing out and in of the application and re-upload the video to see if it works. If it still does not, please provide us with the link to your video and we will investigate further.

Im getting the same issue. My video started to play earlier but now say "file cannot be displayed or played" on my mobile phone and on PC it just cirles then black screen but shows the video is 1:19:38 long and show still live (it isnt).
I can view the video once per login and then it won't play again. It just sits there and loads but never is ready to play again.
same issue for me NONE of my videos are working
I'm paying for premium. If my videos can't be viewed, I want my money back!
I signed up for Premium account and now nothing works correctly. It worked great when I first tried it in trial mode. I would like a refund until Qik can get the code ready for prime time.

@Osayande Grant What carrier, device, and version of Qik are you currently using? The version number can be found in Qik in Settings under 'About'.
@K. Johnson Are your videos not showing up to Qik or not playing on Qik.com? Please also provide your carrier, device, and version number.
@jerry950 what seems to be the issue you are experiencing with Qik after you have signed up for Qik premium?
@hussein azaizeh Are you having the issue of stream not yet restored? If so there was likely an issue during the uploading of the video which is keeping it from being playable, please try logging out and back into your account to upload the video again. Please try uploading while you're connected to Wifi to see if the same issue persist.
@kristin500 Our system shows that the e-mail registered to your kristin500 account is already verified.
Anybody with issues should submit a ticket or send an e-mail to support@qik.com so we can further investigate your issue.

same with me qik doesnt work right
same here, i sent a vid to the wife it works fine, then she sent 1 to me and that message appears STREAM IS NOT RESTORED, TRY AGAIN LATER.... WTH GUYS I LUV THE APP BUT C'MON!!!!!!
i have an htc evo 3d, so does the wife, works fine for her but in my account its not working
@charlziej Please have your wife log out and back into her Qik app to refresh her videos and re-upload it to see if the same issue persist. the 'Stream is not restore' error happens mostly because an issue occurs during upload keeping the video from playing.
We recommend uploading videos when connected to Wifi as it is a faster more consistent upload stream. Also sometimes when the phone goes idle during upload, the connection is lost and the video will not be uploaded properly.
I am having the same isssue, and I just signed up for Qik premium. Please fix this or I will expect my money back. I have videos from Disney and none of them can upload!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
@jon_dold please try re-uploading your Qik videos to see whether the same issue persist. Do the videos playback properly on your device?
