How to specify width and height for individual Qik video embeds in Wordpress 3.2

I am trying to embed individual videos from a qik archive to a Wordpress page. I have tried the format [embed width="xxx" height="xxx"]http://qik.com/video/00000000[/embed] but it doesn't work
I can embed the live stream to whatever size I want using the long live stream code and tweaking the player measurements, but I can't find any information about a long embed code for individual videos.
Any help out there?

@freelanceunbound If you're looking to put a particular videos into your Wordpress page, you can put the link of the particular link for the video on your page as seen here: http://support.qik.com/entries/310898-sharing-to-wordpress-how-do-i... but we do not have long embed code for individual videos.
