For some reason i am unable to download from both the Samsung i9000T and Samsung P1000. From what i can gather your product is superior for video chat and would like to ensure it is avalaible for handhelds our customers use.

why cant i use my front facing camera with my droid charge

Got to get this working with the droid Charge. My front facing camera also doesn't work. What is the timeframe for addressing this issue?

Why don't you stop getting bad feedback,pull the product until you perfect it and stop wasting peoples time and disappointing them ?

Just like the last comment, I am tired of receiving emails from Qik to send me to the marketplace so I can download something that basically does not exist for my Samsung Galaxy S2. I cannot believe neither Qik nor Skype support video chat in this smartphone. Do something people!!!!!!!
I have an HTC HERO - it is listed, but I get an error can not find message when I try to download it - frm the market. Am I doing something wrong. I am a college professor and want to use Qik in a course I am teaching..... listing a phone but not being able to download the driver does not reflect well on your company....???

To all Droid Charge users,
We'd love to help but as Droid Charge is relatively new, Qik is not yet fully supported for it yet.
We are aware of the camera switching issue along with the demand to support this device and hope to be able to have a fully compatible version out soon.
We appreciate your patience.

@ Heather: Currently, Qik does not fully support Dell Streak. We are aware of the issue and are working to resolve the issue. We appreciate your patience and we would be contacting you once the update is available for you.
I know Qik will delete this post but since they no longer support my Android phone or my Android tablet I have moved all my social video recording to SocialCam which works on all devices, has significantly better video quality, posts to Facebook and allows Likes and Comments. Try it, you'll like it.
QIK doesn't work anymore on HTC Desire HD after system update (2.3). Before that, it was working fine. Now it connects to the server, but when I push RECORD button, screen freezes, time recording counter is ticking (so the software is not frozen), but nothing is visible on my home page. Plus, when I stop recording, it asks for a name, but at the left bottom it says the size of the video is 0.00MB.
I am using Samsung Galaxy i9003. I cant use the front camera for video chat.

For all unsupported Android handsets, you might still like to try installing the application, Qik Video from the Android market (version 13.30).

The link https://market.android.com/details?id=com.qik.android&hl=en brings me to the app store but tells me my device isn't compatible with this version and doesn't let me download - Droid Bionic user....

We do not support video calling on Blackberry devices at this time. Please submit a support email to support@qik.com with the issue you are experiencing with the TMobile MyTouch and we will investigate further.

I am using the Galaxy S3(ATT) which isn't on the Supported list...it still works but the video quality is horrible...is my phone just not supported at this time because it is so new? Will the video quality become HD? I dont want to pay for this service if i cannot stream in HD
Droid X2 user, I noticed you have support for Droid X but the X2 is not on your supported phones list. I just plan to do video streaming on it and not video chatting since it does not have a front-facing camera. Thanks in advance for any help.
