No Download to Computer option

Your option to share with YouTube is not working and neither can i download my videos to my computer as there is no option to do so next to my videos. I am a qik premium user too and this feature was available to me last week. Please help as i need access somehow to my videos to edit them.

How do I download from qik to my pc? Some of my videos give me the option and other videos do not. I NEED a couple of the videos that are on my qik for a tv producer.. HELP!!!

I only subscribed to your premium services in order to download my videos, I am currently unable to download them, there is no option to download them, there is no icon to click on to download them. I want my money back.

I will request a refund as I have been a member for three months so I could take video and download to computer. This option has NEVER been available to me.
The above messages scare me...I have invaluable videos of my mother who passed away recently...as a premium member, you advertised that I could download to my computer but the download arrow icon is not available,.....PLEASE HELP!!!! Thanks!
