The application HTC Evo 4G users should be using is Qik Video for Sprint, Version 0.08.43. If you are using Qik Video Connect, please delete the application from your phone.

Before deleting the application, please ensure that you have upload all your video to Qik website. For more information on how to upload your videos, please click here.

To uninstall Qik Video Connect: 

1) Go to the home screen of your phone

2) Tap on Menu on your phone, followed by Settings>Applications>Manage Applications

3) Under Downloaded, please tap on the application, Qik Video, with an icon of a video camera

4) Tap on the Uninstall option

If you see an option of Uninstall updates instead, this would be the application you would like to keep on your device. Hence, return to the 'Downloaded' screen and choose the other Qik application to uninstall.

Now, check that you have only one Qik application, Qik Video for Sprint on your phone.
