To upload private videos by default:

Turn 'Off' the live mode before recording a video.

Alternatively, you can change the privacy settings of your video after upload. 

To do so:

1. Tap on 'My Videos' and select the particular video

2. Tap on 'Make Private' to change the privacy settings to private
